At our Kindergarten, we have diverse and age-appropriate subjects for children to be socially and mentally prepared with skills they'll need to become successful even after moving up to elementary school.
Our Creative Curriculum is not all theory from a book, but we also guide children through hands-on learning to accomplish anything in less time. And to bring children together as a group, they'll be taught a wide range of subjects - such as writing, self-concept, language arts, author studies, and the world. Now that children have explored socially over the years, they feel more at ease in the classroom than ever.
While children are on their educational journey, they need a sense of comfort and feel right at home - allowing them to listen and gain new knowledge with the help of fascinating books in reading nooks, conducting activities in pretend play areas, manage and wear outfits in dress-up stations, and further their studies in organized learning centers.
They may have discovered bits and pieces of knowledge in their earlier years, but this time, they'll go more in-depth - learning about sight words, writing full sentences, upper- and lower-case letters, larger numbers, completing workbooks and homework regularly to reinforce their studies.
Our Kindergarten curriculum prepares children not only for the first grade but also for any Gifted and Talented Programs you may wish to enroll your child. They participate in gymnastics, outdoor play, music and movement, and a music show with close direction from our music teacher for the holidays at the end of the year and also a graduation ceremony in June.
